The services we offer include: Simultaneous interpretation, Reception (fee required), Tea Ceremony, Coffee Break, Wi-Fi information, and Parking Service.
Simultaneous interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the sessions held in the International Conference Hall.
Reception fee required
A reception party will be held after the first day’s program.Please sign up when completing your registration.
Tea Ceremony
Experience the traditional tea culture of Matsue, our host city, in front of the International Conference Hall on the 3rd floor. Enjoy matcha green tea and Japanese sweets.

Coffee will be available in theLarge exhibition hall on the first floor during the coffee break. Please feel free to help yourself.

Parking Service
