Term of Registration

Details of Registration

• Starting this year, we will be using the Peatix ticketing system.
• Please create a Peatix account via the app or website before registering.

If a representative is purchasing tickets for multiple people, please ensure that all attendees arrive together at the reception desk on the event day.

If, for any reason, you are unable to check in together with your companions, please use the ticket transfer function on Peatix.

Examples:

• The person who purchased the tickets is no longer able to attend.
• The person who purchased multiple tickets wishes to enter separately from their companions on the day of the event.

For more details, please refer to the “How to transfer your tickets”, “How to receive transferred tickets” section in the [Help attendee].

Note:

• A Peatix account is required to use this feature.
• When using the transfer function, errors may occur due to your device environment. If changing your browser does not resolve the issue, please try again using a different device.
• If you wish to transfer your ticket, please complete the transfer at least one week before the event due to our check-in system requirements.

  Starting Tuesday, September 16, the payment fee will be revised to 330 yen.

Refunds

A refund handling fee of ¥340 per cancellation will apply in the following cases.

• If more than 50 days have passed from the date of payment since the credit card payment date
• If payment was made via convenience store or ATM
