Types of Sponsors

In RubyWorld Conference 2025, there are four types of sponsors.(Ruby/Platinum/Gold/Silver)（Application deadline September 5, 2025 (Fri.)）

Sponsorship Packages

• Limited to 3 slots each day on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Short presentation time slots (10 minutes per company) will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis during the high-attendance period before the keynote address in the main venue.
• If applications exceed the limit, short presentation time will be offered in the sub-venue, the same as for Platinum Sponsors. (These are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.)
• The date and time will be assigned by the organizing committee.

• Limited to 6 slots each day on a first-come, first-served basis. lunch time(4 slots), coffee break(2 slots)
• Each company will be given 10 minutes for a short presentation in the sub-venue.
• The date and time will be assigned by the organizing committee.

• We will display your company's logo on a photo panel set up at the venue. This panel will serve as a photo spot for visitors to enjoy commemorative photos and share them on social media.

How to apply

If you are interested in supporting this conference, please apply from the Google form below by Friday, September 5 (Fri.) *We use Google Form. You need to log in with your Google account to answer.

[If the form cannot be displayed] Depending on your Google account settings, you may see the error message, "You do not have permission to respond to the RWC2025 Sponsorship Application Form because you are not authorized to share documents with the form owner." If this happens, please download the sponsorship application form, fill it out, and submit it.

Could you please:

All sponsors

• Send your company logo data in a vector graphics format to place on official website and guide book (If it would be inconvenient for you, please send a high-quality image resolution)
• Let us know if there are any rules or precautions in the use of the company logo.

Ruby sponsor

• Could you please send your company profile in both English and Japanese to place on official guide book and digital screen in the main venue.

Platinum sponsor

• Could you please send your company profile to project onto a digital screen in the main venue.

Please download the Sponsorship Application Form, fill it out (PDF or Word format), and email it to us by September 5. A company seal is not required.
